17 November 2021 Tour of AGNSW exhibition The Way We Eat A group of TAASA members enjoyed a guided tour of this exhibition by its curator, Yin Cao.

It is devoted to how food defines our lives and times, with artefacts loosely displayed under 4 sections: Essential, Exchange, Excess and Enchanted.

One of the more intriguing exhibits was the 2009 work of Chinese Australian artist LIU Xiaoxian, wittily comparing the way people eat in the West with China and much of Asia...
