Art of the Philippines at the Art Gallery of NSW (AGNSW) presents the work of ten artists: Santiago Bose, Marina Cruz, Alfredo Esquillo Jr., Nona Garcia, Renato Habulan, Gerladine Javier, Mark Justiniani, Alwin Reamillo, Norberto Roldan and Rodel Tapaya.

Their work which spans 20 years of practise incorporating painting, sculpture, video and installation gives an account of what it means to be Filipino and reveals a fascination with indigenous mythologies, faith healing and public procession as ways to disrupt and challenge narratives of history and nation.
