Barbara Hatley T he exhibition Telling Tales: Excursions in Narrative Form at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) in Sydney explores new ways of telling stories.

Leading Australian and international artists take inventive approaches to the narrative form which move outside the traditional linear format to offer open ended stories, communicated non-verbally and in `mysterious incomplete narratives constructed through fragments and clues’ (Rachel Kent, Curator’s Notes).
