Peter and Prue Webb T AASA lost a stalwart life member early in 2011 when (Dorothy) Rosemarie Dowe died at her home in Bulli.

This news came as a shock to her Sydney friends who have since gathered to celebrate her life and to provide for a book donation in her name to the Art Gallery of NSW’s library. A Tenterfield girl, Rosemarie was selfeffacing but it is known that she took an Arts degree from UNE and a librarianship diploma from UNSW.

She was a life member of the Australian Library and Information Association and a regional office bearer...
