I became the Victorian representative for TAASA when I moved to Melbourne to work in the Asian Art Department at the National Gallery of Victoria in 2003.

One of the first TAASA events I attended was a walk through the South China garden at the Royal Melbourne Botanic Gardens with the Southern Chinese Collection’s curator Terry Smyth.
