In this special event, TAASA members will have the opportunity to visit the homes of two collectors to view selected pieces from central and east Asia.
Taking its title from Charkha (spinning wheel) and Kargha (loom), this exhibition features over 100 rare items that date back to the foundational collections of the Powerhouse Museum acquired since the 1880s.
Members and guests are warmly invited to attend this symposium. Our three guest speakers will focus on several aspects of trade ceramics produced by China for markets other than Europe.
